Return Period
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
Non-returnable Items
- Electrical parts after installation or use.
- Special-order items customized for the customer.
- Products that are incomplete, damaged, or tampered with.
Requirements
- The original purchase invoice must be presented.
- The product will be inspected by our technical team before approval.
- If the return is due to a company error (wrong or defective item), Bdeel will cover all return shipping costs.
- Otherwise, the customer will bear the shipping fees for both directions.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days using the same payment method.
