• At Bdeel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy under the following conditions:

      1.Return Period:

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition

     2. Non-returnable Items

• Electrical parts after installation or use.

• Special-order items customized for the customer.

• Products that are incomplete, damaged, or tampered with.

      3.Requirements:

• The original purchase invoice must be presented.

• The product will be inspected by our technical team before approval.

• If the return is due to a company error (wrong or defective item), Bdeel will cover all return shipping costs.

• Otherwise, the customer will bear the shipping fees for both directions.

      4. Refund Process:

• Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days using the same payment method.
